This is just a simple decal, but could scare the s**t out of you when you want to make a pass.

Actually, if you look closely as the sides of the bus, you will notice the rear lights..

What you're seeing is the back of a bus, fitted with a large decal to make it appear as though the bus is coming straight for you, while the driver isn't looking...

The slogan "Even Apeldoorn bellen." refers to a Dutch insurance company.
In their commercials something goes wrong or is about to go horribly wrong and then the slogan shows up.
I'm not sure what this is about though.
My best guess is that the viewer is about to be hit by this bus as the driver is looking backwards.
