People- did you not even look at the entire picture? This is a point of de-evolution. It's drawn satirically, cartoonish even.
We are beginning to become what we come from. Something big is going to happen to wipe us all out ( ice age, global warming, nuclear disaster) and the few that survive will de-adapt to the world till we are nothing.

definetly evolution, no creation.
however beautifull creation to have put this painting on this concrete wall and following the height of the wall and it meeting the crossover(viaduct) in combination with the size of the creatures/living things.
