In the Navy, we had some equipment that was classified as "Portable", but required 4 people to lift it by the handles on each corner.
A properly functioning nozzle like that one shouldn't allow gas to flow like that. Compressing that collar as you insert the hose into your tank enables he flow of gas. It looks like the collar is already compressed, which would indicate a malfunctioning nozzle.

Perhaps the grassy area was a canal at one time and was later filled in and the bridge remained.

I have seen light planes being towed along the highway on a trailer, but never like this! The plane would be facing forward and the wings would have been removed and mounted lengthwise on the trailer along with the plane.

This COULD be the network server for a small company. You certainly don't want any unauthorized person to access the server. Logical solution if you don't have the luxury of an entire room that you can lock.
