Thump...thump...thump...thump....Another one bites the dust. And another crummy builder who can't be found.
I think miners not builders were probably to blame for this one.
Thats a sink hole nothing to due with the builder Sinkholes are a common, naturally occurring geologic feature and one of the predominant landforms in Florida, where they pose hazards to property and the environment. Although many new sinkholes develop naturally, in west-central Florida and elsewhere, their increasing frequency corresponds to the accelerated development of ground-water and land resources. Who ever built your house is a pretty sad builder. He probally didnt know that your house is over a swap and thus he didnt build a good enough foundation GOOD ONE
